Song of The Day - All I Ask of You ( The Phantom of the Opera )

I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY want to watch this musical!!!!!
The Phantom of the Opera is a musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber, based on the French novel Le Fantôme de l'Opéra by Gaston Leroux. The central plot revolves around a beautiful soprano, Christine Daaé, who becomes the obsession of a mysterious, disfigured musical genius. The Phantom of the Opera opened in the West End in 1986, celebrating its 25th anniversary in October 2011. It won the 1986 Olivier Award and the 1988 Tony Award for Best Musical, and Michael Crawford (in the title role) won the 1986 Olivier and 1988 Tony for Best Performance by an Actor in a Musical. It is the longest-running Broadway show by a wide margin, the second longest-running West End musical, and the third longest-running West End show overall. (wiki)

Guys, Christmas Day is coming~! Can you believe it?? Seriously, I feel that it's just yesterday we decorate our christmas tree and next month we'll do it again! I am SOO EXCITED! ♥
There's something different for my Christmas Day this year, I crochet as christmas gift~ Actually we do not really celebrate christmas in my hometown, just go to church and that's all *or maybe simply listen to christmas songs..*. That's why I am so curious how does it feel giving people our own handmade gift *in this case, crochet*, 'Will they like it?' or 'Will they spot the wrong stitch that I accidentally did?'. I can't wait to give it!

Before I started doing the bag, I buy these yarns and knitting needles *i cant knit, but it's just too shiny and kept looking at me.. =P* from Jet Sun Trading, Sg. Wang. The aunty there is so friendly~! We can also get a free teaching there if we buy from them, pretty nice, isn't it? I have to try to learn with the aunty next time!

And here's the puff stitch bag~ This is my first time crochet a bag and I just love it, I enjoy everytime I crochet this bag <!--[if gte mso 9]>

My favorite song of the day : Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head by BJ Thomas
This song is B. J. Thomas's #1 song, written by Hal David and Burt Bacharach for the 1969 film Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. It won an Academy Award for Best Original Song.

Last night I had a really great time with my friends from Pontianak who also studying in Taylor's, Firda, Kristin, Sally (anek), Vinalia and also my sister. Because Sally is going back to Pontianak today for holiday and the rest will be going tomorrow, so we spent some time together before my sister and I go back on 29th November.

So, we fried some food together : hekeng (kind of food from pontianak), empek empek (indonesian food), french fries, meatballs, and burger meat. And after that we enjoyed it together~! That was nice~ ;)

These days I love to go to Backoven for dessert. It's located in Taylor's University so I can go there easily. Hahaha... The servers are so friendly, especially the uncle there *i dunno what his name is*. He always gives a big smile and I just love the atmosphere there.

Yesterday I went for lunch with my sister, Sella, and her friend,Valencia. We decided to eat at Levain and seriously, it was great! The place is like a colonial-style bungalow and it's superr LOVELY! ♥ The price range is normal and I think that's worth it.
cute macaroons~ ♥For the macaroons, I like durian the most! Hahahahaha... And really, the price is slightly higher than the others. I also love raspberry and green tea! xD
This is the front part of Levain, just below is the cashier area, above is another seats, left side is the bakery area, and right side are seating area and macaroons' display.
with my beef olio spaghettiWe were sitting upstair because downstair was really crowded. It's so comfortable with beautiful windows and paintings. Oh, I wish I have a house like this!! xD
yummy ♥
We took some pictures in front of the restaurant before leaving. I'll definitely come again next time! By the way, here's the website : http://www.levain.com.my/
