Or maybe 'Happy Belated Valentine's Day'? Hm...

Anyways, I had a very lovely Valentine's Day!

I made chocolate cornflakes for my friends and colleagues from the hotel I'm working, and enjoy it so much! They were like 'Wow, how you make this?', but oh it's a super simple things to do, people. Just mix together melted chocolate and cornflakes, and TA-RAA~~~~ You have these! xD

I was so excited while making this and forgot to take pictures! So I just took some after I finished everything and take this picture below from my friend. Thanks for the picture, Felicia!
I realized that some people tend to hate Valentine's Day simply because they don't have partner, like boyfriend or girlfriend, etc. But why? You can still share love and make people smile, isn't it the greatest thing ever? And yes, frankly I say, I am single and love my Valentine's Day so much!

Hope you enjoy yours too

With love,
Julia

My new favorite singer : Yao Si Ting

She has a very sweet voice and sings sweet songs too! :D
And 'Smoke Gets In Your Eyes' one of her song in her 'Endless Love IV' album.

"Smoke Gets in Your Eyes" is a show tune written by American composer Jerome Kern and lyricist Otto Harbach for their 1933 musical Roberta. It was sung in the original show by Tamara Drasin. It was performed by Irene Dunne for the 1935 film adaptation. It has been covered by numerous artists, beginning with Paul Whiteman and His Orchestra with Bob Lawrence on vocal, which went to the top of the charts in 1934, and including Nat "King" Cole, who first covered it in 1946. In 1956, Vic Damone covered this song with a very dramatic and different rendition, which became one of his most famous songs. Possibly the most famous version was recorded in 1958 by the doo wop group The Platters, which became a number one hit on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 — it reached number three on the R&B charts in 1959 — and on the UK charts, where it spent five weeks at the top in February and March of that same year. They asked me how I knew
My true love was true
Oh, I of course replied
Something here inside cannot be denied

They said someday you'll find

All who love are blind
Oh, when your heart's on fire
You must realize
Smoke gets in your eyes

So I chaffed them and I gaily laughed

To think they could doubt my love
Yet today my love has flown away
I am without my love

Now laughing friends deride

Tears I can not hide
Oh, so I smile and say
When a lovely flame dies
Smoke gets in your eyes
Smoke gets in your eyes

Describing how a woman betrayed by her love though she has loved fully, and how she's trying to be strong and smile despite her tears. Somehow I feel that this song can describe my situation a little bit right now. Oh, so remember people, when your heart's on fire, you must realize, smoke gets in your eyes. ;)
